Can I see a physio without a GP referral?Yes, we can take care of any ACC claims and therefore a GP referral is not needed.

How long does a consultation last?Appointments are 30 minutes long.

Can I have a phone consultation?Yes! Not sure if physiotherapy is right for you? Give us a call to discuss your injury/concern and we can help you with the next steps.

How many times do I have to be seen by a physio?Depending on your condition and severity this could range from 1 appointment to 16+.

What are your fees?$35.00 ACC subsidy $80.00 Private

What should I wear to my appointment?Anything you like. Most people like to wear something that's easy to move in. However, if you forget to bring something or just not sure what to wear we have some sports gear you can wear just in case we need you to move around.

What if I need an x-ray or ultrasound? Can my physio help?Yes, we can refer for x-ray or ultrasound imaging.

Do you have parking?Yes, we have parking at the back of the clinic. Use the driveway to the left of the clinic and park where you like around the back. There is also parking on the street outside the clinic in front of the bus stop.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?Please call and give 24 hours notice.

What is ACC?ACC can help cover the cost of your treatment if the injury was sustained in an accident.
